Proposal Review Panels

The Proposal Review Panels are composed of senior scientists active in different scientific fields and appointed by the management of Elettra - Sincrotrone Trieste with the aim of evaluating users' proposals. Elettra panel is divided in seven subpanels (see chart). Fermi panel is divided in three subpanels.

These panels meet twice a year, give a written report for each proposal submitted for the ongoing semester and give suggestions for beamtime allocation at the beamlines open to users.
