Industrial Exhibition

EPAC'08 Industrial Exhibition gives companies a valuable opportunity to show their products and to have a direct interaction with researchers and engineers from industry, universities, and both private and government laboratories who are involved in making and/or influencing purchasing decisions for their companies and institutions.

We expect an attendance of more than 800 scientists and engineers from all over the world.

The Industrial Exhibition will start on Monday, June 23, and last until Wednesday, June 25.

In order to have a deeper interaction between participants and exhibitors, coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition areas as well as the poster sessions.

All registered Exhibitors will be listed in the Final Conference Announcement, including the Conference Program. A link to their web-sites will be provided from the EPAC'08 web site shortly after they have finalized their registration.

We would like to encourage you to register as soon as possible, since the number of available exhibition booths is limited and their allocation will be made on a “first come – first served” basis.

The deadline for the early registration fees for the exhibitors package is the 25 January 2008. For registration confirmation, payment is mandatory within two weeks from the online booth reservation.

The reservation of the exhibitors' booths will close April 30, 2008.
