Dear EPAC'08 participant,

I would like to inform you that online registrations temporarily closed on Friday 13 June at 17.00 ECT.

Online registrations will open again on Sunday 22 June, 14.00. Some computers will be available in the Registration area from this time on.

Still have to register and/or pay? Should you still have to register and pay by credit card, please do so before the above deadline (Friday 13 June).

Should you have already registered, but not yet paid by bank transfer, you have 2 options

1. Make the transfer not later then Friday 13 June and fax a copy of it to the number 0039 040 368808 2. Pay directly in Genoa

If you have chosen to pay in Genoa, please go directly to the NEW REGISTRATION counter. Please note that in Genoa ONLY cash or credit card payments will be accepted.

Should you decide to pay by bank transfer after the deadline (Friday 13 June), take a copy of the transfer issued by the bank and show it upon your registration at the New Registration counter. Without the copy you will be asked to pay the registration fee on site by cash or credit card.

Industrial Exhibitors If you have not filled in the online form devoted to exhibitors, please complete it with your name as well as that of all the staff members of your Company. Your collaboration will enable us to have your badges ready (EXHIBITOR counter) upon your arrival in Genoa.

You will need a JACoW username and password, if you do not have one you can register for one on the JACoW profile repository.

Registration fees are due for all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons.

Bank transfers cannot be accepted after 29 May 2008. (Please include the name of Conference "EPAC'08" and name of delegate in all bank transfer requests).

  • On site (cash or credit card) Please note that you will have to pay the late registration fee of 540,00 even if you register before 15 April 2008.

Admission to the Conference

Admission to the Conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the Conference on registration.

Cancellation of registration and refunds

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the Organizing Secretariat (epac08online@theoffice.it).

Upon receipt of a written cancellation notice before 22 May 2008, the total registration fee will be refunded, minus 20% for administrative expenses.
No refund can be made for cancellations after this date.

Any refunds will be made by bank transfer after the Conference.
