Welcome for Companions

Companions are cordially invited to an informal get-together on Monday, 23 June, 2008 at 10:00 at the conference venue, Sala Austro A/B, Module 9, 1st floor.

Reception

The Conference Reception will take place on Tuesday 24 June 2008, from 19:30 to 21:30.

A limited number of extra reception tickets may be ordered when registering for the Conference and will be available for purchase at the registration office.

Conference Banquet

The Conference Dinner will take place on Thursday 26 June. Every delegate will receive an invitation in his/her Conference bag.

A vegetarian menu option will be available if required. Please express a preference when registering.

Assistance will be provided to guide participants to the banquet locations.

Extra banquet tickets may be ordered when registering for the Conference and will be available for purchase at the registration office (limited supply only).
